DD Push Return Policy
DD Push will accept returns on apparel and footwear merchandise within 14 days for store credit only. DD Push must receive the merchandise within 14 days from the date of shipping. The items must be in the exact condition as they were received. Items will not be accepted for return if they have been worn, washed, used or damaged. All items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
DD Push will not accept returns on the following items: lingerie, swim wear, under garments, accessories (which include handbags, sunglasses, jewelry etc.), any home furnishings, appliances, cosmetics and beauty supplies. These items will be available for final sale only.
Your account will be credited the amount of the item once the item is processed and accepted as being an applicable return. Sorry, but shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that the items returned are in the original condition. We want to be able to bring you the best merchandise at the deepest discounts. In order to do this, we must regulate returns in this way.
